When you send an inquiry, GizmoAura may receive your name, email address, workflow of interest, and any notes you choose to provide. Do not include passwords, private API keys, payment-card data, or sensitive customer data in an inquiry form.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to reply to your request, clarify scope, provide payment or delivery steps, and support an agreed automation service.
Form processing
Website forms may be processed by FormSubmit and delivered to GizmoAura by email. Their service may process technical information needed to deliver the form. You can use the listed email address instead of a web form.
Service credentials
If an installed automation requires account access, the access method and scope should be agreed separately. Credentials should be shared through an appropriate secure method and revoked when they are no longer needed.
