Digital templates
Because an n8n JSON file is a digital product that can be copied after delivery, contact GizmoAura before purchasing if you are unsure whether a template supports your tools or process. If a delivered file is corrupt or materially different from the purchased workflow description, request a correction promptly.
Installed systems
The existing GizmoAura service offer includes a live-or-refund commitment: if an agreed installed system is not installed and working within 14 days after the required account access and information have been provided, a full refund can be requested. A written project scope may clarify or replace this timing for unusually complex work.
Third-party costs
Charges from n8n hosting, APIs, messaging platforms, data providers, or other external services are paid to those providers and are not refundable by GizmoAura.
